Johor-Singapore RTS Link Trials to Start Soon. Property catalyst?

Did you know that the Johor – Singapore RTS Link’s maximum capacity is 10,000 passengers per direction per hour. (I already consider this very low…) Considering the peak hours, probably it will carry 40,000 passengers daily. Note that these 40,000 passengers would most probably be going into SG from JB on a daily basis. Staying in JB and working in SG. Pay rents in RM and salary in S$. Financially savvy combination, right?
